Our "Åse" Norwegian Cardigan is a modern version of the traditional "Lusekofte", (also called the Setesdalsgenser (Setesdal sweater) which is a traditional Norwegian sweater, dating back from the 19th century.) 

This jacket has traditional woven bands along the zipped opening.
